This is a dry, earthy Merlot with a wonderful fruity aroma and soft tannins. You may pick up the scent of raspberries mixed with red currants and pomegranates. The taste of cherry wood and cedar; almonds, dried cranberries, red licorice and pomegranates with delicate earthy notes. Pairing Suggestions: Morel Mushroom ravioli in a tarragon cream sauce.
