Tasting Notes
44% Riesling, 39.5% Gewürztraminer, 14.5% Pinot Blanc and 2% Muscat. All varietals were fermented in stainless steel tanks and then blended together to make the perfect flavour profile. In the end, 2% of Muscat was added to help deliver the more flowery notes on the nose. This wine is a great balance of acidity and sweetness and it is very easy to drink. Find aromas of exotic fruits, white lilies and green apples. Pairs nicely with BC coast cuisine.
