Tasting Notes

With this wine you may get aromas of honeysuckle, jasmine and cherry blossom. On the palate you may get tropical fruits, citrus notes, white peaches and almond skin. All completely fermented in stainless steel with fruit coming from our estate vineyard on the Naramata Bench alongside with fruit from the Summerland region.

Pairs nicely with Thai and Mexican foods.

“The Lang Viognier is an expressive, exotic mix of aromas including jasmine, apricots and honeysuckle. The palate is similar with a touch more acidity in 2017 to lengthen the fruit in the mouth before finishing with a touch of bitterness. It’s off-dry, with spicy pear in the back end. Ready to drink. Try this with a vegetarian casserole or spicy pakoras.”
