2019 Chardonnay


Tasting Notes

With our Chardonnay you may get the aroma/taste of green apple, limoncello, ripe pineapple, vanilla custard or even coconut cream pie. These grapes came from a certified organic grower on the Naramata Bench. It was barrel fermented slowly and cool in French oak for 6 months. About 50% fermented in neutral oak with the successful intentions of having a very mild oak impact. Pairs well with olives, capers, pork, meaty fish and seafood

Pairing Suggestions
Crispy pork belly with shaved apple and fennel or sushi or shellfish.
