Wines of the Month May, 2022

Our wines of the month for May 2022 are also on sale! Pick up two of our newest sparkling offerings, Belle Rose and Belle Gris.

Belle Rose

This delectable Rose bubble delivers flavours of candied apples, pineapple, rhubarb and mandarin oranges with soft aromas of papayas and strawberries. The grapes, from our 35 year old estate vines, were macerated and soaked on its skins for 2 hours to deliver that wonderful soft pink colour. An excellent wine for a warm summer evening and paired well with an orange and avocado salad or fresh prawns, or even gooey cheeses. (100% Pinot Noir).

Belle Gris

This bubbly beauty tastes of tangerines and cloves with hints of lemon meringue and vanilla, with a notable aroma of fresh pressed apple juice. This is a blend of steel fermented Pinot Gris and Viognier aged with French oak. A wonderful delight that can be presented with foods like a pear & frangipane tart with dessert, or something delicious with olives and caramelized onions. This wine is dedicated to Terezija Nad for her inspiring artwork.
