This delicious and mouth-watering Rosé is made from the Pinot Noir from our 60-year-old estate vines. You may pick up delicate aromas of wild gooseberries, warm roses, and cherry tomatoes. You may taste nectarine, cranberry, and citrus notes. Serve it chilled. Pairing suggestions: Seared scallops in garlic butter or with Italian fennel sausage and cannellini beans. 11.8% Alcohol.

This Pinot Noir Rosé delivers aromas of fresh strawberries, sliced watermelon, rose petals and crab apples. 2 hours of skin contact to give this beautiful light color. On the pallet you may get flavours of strawberry, rhubarb and hibiscus. It’s delicate, mouthwatering and has a lingering finish. (100% Pinot Noir).
