Tasting Notes

This wine has a lovely acidity with beautiful pear notes on the palate. An excellent wine for enjoying under a warm sun with its hints of lemon and lime zest. I can pick up flavours of white peach with some subtle melon undertones. After a growing season, These Northern Okanagan grapes were fermented in stainless steel for 8 months.
