2019 Farm Reserve Riesling

$23.00

Tasting Notes
This is a beautiful balance in acidity that results in a mouth-watering experience.  With a lower alcohol of 11% and lower level of sweetness than normal Rieslings, it will pair up nicely with food.  Completely fermented in stainless steel for up to 8 months, this wine shows off the terroir of our old vine estate.  Aromas of green apple, pineapple, pear and jasmine.

Pairing Suggestions
Crispy fried chicken and potato salad with red onions and fresh herbs.

John Schreiner (Renowned Canadian wine writer and blogger)

“This arguably the flagship white wine at Lang. It is brimming with primary fruit aromas and flavours – lemon and lime with tangy acidity. The likely evolution of this wine was shown by tasting the 2016 Farm Reserve Riesling along side this wine. The extra year has given the 2016 wine more flesh and notes of petrol. Both have a long, lingering finish. 91 points”
