2020 Reserve Marechal Foch

This very smooth and unique wine, from our 70+ year old vines. This was fermented in an old world technique known as “carbonic maceration”, whereas the grapes are fermented slowly inside the berries over several months with their grapes clusters still intact on their stems. This has given us an aromatic display of raisins, candy, cinnamon, cloves and prunes; with flavours of red licorices, cherries, ginger and red plums.
