Tasting Notes
Our signature red wine with grapes harvested from our 65+ year old estate vines, the oldest on the Naramata Bench. Uniquely unoaked, our Foch boasts a dark ruby colour with an aromas of figs, leather, dried Italian plums, chocolate and wild blueberries. A full-bodied red, there is an earthy mineral quality that reflects the unique glacial terroir.
Pairing Suggestions
It pairs well with lamb and red meats.
