“Lang’s Winery to Giant’s Head Mountain”
By: Greta Kamp
Since Greta Kamp moved the the Okanagan from Alberta she has felt that she landed in artist’s heaven. She is constantly inspired by the breathtaking views of vineyards, lakes, quail, and the abundance of wildlife and birds, not to mention the amazing colours and brilliance of the foliage.
This painting titled “Lang’s Winery to Giant’s Head Mountain” captures the rolling vineyards of Lang’s Winery unfolding at the banks of the Okanagan Lake. It is another lovely day in the winery and the view of Giant’s Head Mountain in the distance and the Okanagan Lake help complete the picture of the perfect day.
