Teresa Campbell: Sales ManagerTeresa Campbell

Teresa moved from Vancouver to Penticton in 1990, and started her career in the wine industry in 1995 as the first employee at the widely recognized BC Wine Information Centre. In 2001 she commenced working for Lang Vineyards in the wine tasting room, and a year later became their sales representative.

She continues to pursue her passion in the wine industry today, and has now taken over as Sales Manager for all Retail and Restaurant sales throughout BC.

Dorian Goodwin (Wolaniuk): Cellar Master/Assistant Winemaker

Dorian’s experience with fruit originally began in 2001. He became familiar with the fruit game by learning and successfully growing organic fruit such as cherries, apples, and peaches. At that point in time there was an interest in merging the wine and fruit industry where they could co-exist harmoniously. This new development in thinking peaked Dorian’s interest and he fell head over heels with the fermentation process.

From there he had the opportunity to work for Elephant Island as a cellar hand. He became well versed in the fermentation process with fruit. His deep love for fermentation continued to bring him deeper into the winery world, which led him to Joie Winery. For a number of years Dorian worked in the cellar, vines, tasting room, and even played music for Joie Winery. Now, in the 2019 year Dorian continues to hone his skills in Lang’s  cellar with Robert Thielicke, our Consulting Winemaker.

Robert Thielicke: Consulting Winemaker

Rob is a first generation Canadian, born in Calgary to German immigrant parents, and was raised in Kelowna.

In 1999 he worked for Kettle Valley Winery in Naramata, and various organic vineyards, while also completing his Oenology & Viticulture Diploma.

In 2003 he was hired as Assistant Winemaker at Mount Boucherie Winery in West Kelowna, and continued with them as head winemaker until 2008. Rob returned to Naramata as head winemaker and vineyard manager at Joie Farm Winery, more than doubling their production volume, and winning multiple wine awards.

He joined Lang Vineyards as Consulting Winemaker in 2014, and became head winemaker at Quidni Winery in 2015.
