Lang Vineyards was founded in 1990 and has undergone many upgrades and developments since its humble beginnings. While we began by selling wine out of our garage, considerable expansion over the years included a modern, spacious wine shop completed at the end of 2011.
Our wine shop offers a wonderful environment for tasting and purchasing our wines, while, at the same time, allowing visitors to take in the stunning panoramic view of the Okanagan Valley. Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff will make your visit an enjoyable and memorable one.In mid-2010 our cellar also received a major upgrade when brand new state-of-the-art equipment was installed, giving us the best technology to produce award-winning wines.
Our crush pad features modern systems designed for high quality wine production. The grapes are loaded into the hopper, transferred to the automatic destemmer, and from there piped to the crusher. Neutralizing gases are used to prevent oxidization. White wine juice is pumped to the stainless steel tanks, while the reds are pumped to storage bins for the first stage of fermentation on the grape skins, and then later transferred to tanks or oak casks.
